I am retired and moved here from a smaller city 9 months ago. The office staff assisted me in getting everything in order to rent my apartment over the phone. They were extremely helpful and patient with me because I had never rented before and had a slew of questions. When I arrived, the apartment was clean and ready to move into. I am shocked and disappointed in many of the reviews posted for CS Management.
I have been part of a Board of Directors for almost all of the 15 years I have owned and lived in my condo. Over these years I have worked with three other property management companies and would like to state that Manuela and CS Management are by far the best. If you own a condo and are responsible, abide by the by-laws, respectful of your community, and what a dependable property management company; call them!

I work for Westcorp and have for the past three years. I had to come and make a review to counteract the one below. I've been treated like gold by my bosses and all of the employees who also work for this company. They've given raises when due, cost of living wage increases and have always been accommodating to my needs.
There has been little staff turnover at the property I work at, which just goes to show the level of commitment they have to their employees.
