They were extremely helpful and patient with me because I had never rented before and had a slew of questions. When I arrived, the apartment was clean and ready to move into. I am shocked and disappointed in many of the reviews posted for CS Management. I have been part of a Board of Directors for almost all of the 15 years I have owned and lived in my condo. Over these years I have worked with three other property management companies and would like to state that Manuela and CS Management are by far the best. I've been treated like gold by my bosses and all of the employees who also work for this company. They've given raises when due, cost of living wage increases and have always been accommodating to my needs.
