Without a doubt, the best I've ever dealt with. They are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I like the way they bring things to my attention and casually mentions it as something to watch for, perhaps getting it resolved on my next visit. Long is my savior! He is honest, reliable, efficient and very trustworthy. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest opinion on their car troubles. At first i was skeptical but I am glad I came here for my collision repair! They were very attentive & extremely helpful! Not only did they help me in processing my claim but also drove me to the nearest police station to submit report. Upon arrival my rental was ready and when picking up my vehicle a week later, it not only smelled and looked brand new from the professional detail cleaning but the damages were fixed with great quality and care! Highly recommend them!

J.A. Automotive is one of the last few honest and reasonably priced mechanic's, i recommend them to everyone. for what i had done it would have cost $150 every where else and their price was $100, I asked to have my breaks checked because i thought it was time to replace them and right away i was told i had plenty of pad left, anyplace else would have seen $$$ because i am a woman and don't know any better...you won't be disappointed.
