I've been going to Towne Collision for years, first of all its an independently owned and operated family business. Ziggy Always recognizes me and treats me fairly and honestly- some of you may know how important that is in this type of business!
I have never has a quote for body work come in as low as his and trust me I've gone to other places before and always end up back here!
He keeps things old school which means he focus's on the work and its spectacular every time! I even called him in the summer when I was vacationing because my car broke down and wasn't drivable and I needed advice- he gave it to me free of charge and even spoke to the mechanic up there! he saved me hundreds of dollars and gave me peace of mind!

I was on my way to Barrie coming from London, when my car died on me. Passing by I saw The Auto Doctor and quickly turned in. I assumed it was the alternator that was the issue. When I walked inside I was greeted with great customer service and fair if not great pricing. They were on the phone ordering the part, had it shipped to the shop, and installed a brand new alternator within an hour. To be able to drop in without an appointment and have that amazing service, Id highly recommend!

I am a supplier in this business and I have dealt with Northend Bodyshop for many years now and in this many years - I have never had an issue with bills being paid on time. It's been nothing but a pleasure to deal with them. It is unfortunate these days because of technology people find it easy to write negative reviews because they can hide behind a computer instead of dealing with "issues" face to face.

a few years back I had a 2000 ranger exhaust repaired at the Fairway location and for 40$ never had an issue again , today I had my 2002 Ranger repaired including a new muffler , not only was the price great but the treatment & speed at was exceptional . Nowadays' many shops take advantage of customers to get rich on each,but you and your team have won me over for life thru simply being open,honest & fair...repeat customers appears to me to be your desire , and you have that from me !!!

I just bought a tdi. My sales guy, Jacob, was first rate. We hadn't planned on closing the deal, just shopping, but Jacob was so non-pressure and had every answer that it was a no brainer. I usually like to have some inside connection and a good referral before I make such a major purchase. I love speedy auto works and the guys there, the Owner is great he was very honest i went with my estimate from the dealer because he had advertised he would beat it by 10%. my estimate was $1430.I thought he would do it but after checking my car it only cost me $320 and still running smooth. Should be called the honest mechanic. The owner Paul is very polite and informative. He will help you, give advice and tell you what he thinks will work even if it doesn't benefit his business. He's so honest and the work and prices are great! He goes above and beyond what any mechanic has ever done for us! Saved our car from the cracked head gasket while we're here for a shutdown. Definitely recommend this shop!!
