I came home this morning to find my garage not opening/closing. I noticed the spring was broken in half. I called ASAP garage doors around 615am and had someone at my house by 725am. We needed to have a group of three windows and frames replaced. M.R. windows came to give an estimate, when they said they would, and installed the finished product, with the frames painted, when they said they would. After removing the old set, the new set was installed with perfection. As well, they removed and reinstalled the weather stripping on our other windows. I left a poor review just weeks ago but have since found out that their admin person has the poor customer service skills. The rest of their staff are very helpful when you get past the admin. They fixed the issue with the window and told us to call if there was any other problems going forward. They also provided a gift card for our troubles with the admin to a lovely restaurant nearby. Canadian Windows provided the best estimate for 6 apartments, including skylights. Their windows have been there since that summer and they are energy efficient, they work very well. They included screens and were delivered right on time. We certainly are going to go back to them next time we need windows.We recommend them Lire plus
